Build a GCSE revision timetable

Pick the exam board and subjects, say how many hours a week you have, and get a week-by-week plan that finishes each subject before its first paper. Built around the confirmed summer 2027 dates. Free, nothing to sign up for, nothing leaves your browser.

Not sure? It is on your child's mock papers and exam entry letter. Different subjects can be on different boards, so you can change board and tick more.

Quick questions

4 questions
Which exam dates does the timetable use?
The revision timetable uses the summer 2027 GCSE timetables published by AQA, Pearson Edexcel and OCR, which the boards list as confirmed or final. The first GCSE paper is on 11 May 2027, and each child's own exam entry letter from their school is the final word on their papers.
Does the tool send my answers anywhere?
The revision timetable tool sends nothing anywhere: the plan is built and saved only in your own browser, so the subjects, dates and hours you enter never leave your device.
How many hours of revision should a Year 11 do each week?
No official number of revision hours exists for Year 11, so start with what your child can sustain alongside homework and sleep, and increase it after Easter. Short, regular sessions of self-testing work better than long, rare sessions of rereading, according to the EEF review of cognitive science in the classroom.
What if my child does Combined Science?
For Combined Science, tick the specification your school uses, such as AQA Trilogy. On AQA, Combined Science Trilogy is six papers of 1 hour 15 minutes, while each separate science is two papers of 1 hour 45 minutes, and the tool spreads either set through the weeks the same way.
